By using watergoose.app or the Water Goose app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What Water Goose provides
Water Goose is a general-wellness product for recording drinks and monitoring progress toward a daily hydration goal. The iPhone app is currently in development, so availability, features, pricing, and presentation may change before public release.
3. Not medical advice
Water Goose does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. Suggested goals and educational content are general wellness information only. Do not rely on Water Goose instead of advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Suggested goals and user entries
A suggested hydration goal is an estimate based on the onboarding information provided. It is not a statement of how much water a particular person medically requires. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for deciding whether a goal is appropriate for you.
5. Availability and changes
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. A release date is confirmed only when Water Goose publishes it explicitly.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or app;
- use the service in a way that violates applicable law;
- present Water Goose output as medical advice; or
- copy or redistribute Water Goose branding, illustrations, or original content without permission.
7. Intellectual property
The Water Goose name, visual identity, website, app interface, illustrations, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
8. Third-party services
The website and app may rely on services provided by other companies, including hosting providers, Apple, and the App Store. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply.
9. Disclaimers
Water Goose is provided on an "as available" basis. Hydration entries, calculations, educational content, and suggested goals may contain errors or may not suit an individual user. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
